This Season the Rock Chick Look goes Glam

 

The last season’s Balmain-mania is still a strong trend, black and tight with towering heels. Put on leather trousers, leather jacket and the little black dress. Heavily studded, handbags, shoes and dresses will bring out the glam. The spikes and chains are the perfect accessories.

The Shoulder Pads

The 80’s revolution is here…shoulder pads are back! This season the focus is drawn to strong shoulders. Huge padded or pointed shoulders sit on jackets and dresses. It is the accessory of the season, so get yourself a pair of shoulder pads. Be creative and sew it in to your jackets, dresses, shirts, and blouses. The trick to carry out such demanding forms is to focus on a narrow bottom, pencil skirt or cigarette pants. The end result is a rocking new look.

Sparkly Mini Dresses

Little black mini dresses with long sleeves are all the rage this season. The more it sparkles the better, you want to shine. Wear it with strong padded shoulders, sexy studs, and of course, red lipstick. The after-hour glam is the season’s most irresistible party attire. Be glamorous, have fun, and be playful! Blow everyone’s minds and wear the dress with high heels. This is an outfit that will rock your world. Put on red lipstick, killer heels, and the dress (of course), and you will be ready to sparkle like a star.

The Biker Jacket

The classical and stylish biker jacket is back and here to stay, so style it up with shoulder pads, rivets and diamond shaped studs. The biker jacket is seen in everything from leather, denim, suede and wool. Super hot in other words! My favorite is the leather model, and the best thing with it is that it can be worn in any season. Wear it with skinny jeans, pencil skirts, leggings, or over a dress. This is a must have item, the jacket everyone should have in their closet.

The Leather Legs

Go for thin, black legs. Incorporate tight leather pants or real leather high heel boots. To optimize the length of your legs, know that the general rule is the higher the boot, the shorter the skirt. This is the must have of the season, so put on your leather pants or the knee high boots. It is the perfect way to warm your legs for this fall, if you already haven’t got yourself a pair, the time to get one is now! The leather pants should also be super tight.  Another alternative is the wet look leggings. For the more daring, put on a pair over knee high boots, show less skin, and leave the rest up to the imagination. The best rule of thumb is to go for tight and black to get the rocker look.

The Accessories

Rough it up with this season’s rebellious accessories. Put on metal necklaces, chains, studs and spikes to get the chic rock look. It’s time to be playful - mix up diamonds with ruff chains and go super-sized, because more is more and less is less. The focus is on accessories so don’t be shy, rough up your outfit by using chains, studs and spikes to get the though chic look. It’s used on everything from shoes, gloves, purses to clothes. So go glam and style up your ordinary outfits with chains and studs.
