SJFW Fashion Writer / Reporter
With a love of clean lines, classic cuts, and accessories with a little pizzazz, my passion for fashion began when I was young. After deciding I wanted to be a fashion designer as a teenager, I attended San Francisco State University to pursue a degree in Apparel Design. Although my style has changed over the years (thank goodness) and so did my major- to Apparel Merchandising, my love for fashion has never faded.
Graduating in 2008, I currently work at Sephora as a Merchandise Coordinator for Sephora Brand. Quickly going from beauty minimalist to cosmetic junkie, my favorite part of my job is writing about our new product launches in store. Able to express my creative side through my writing, I share with Sephora associates why they should be excited to see these new products on their shelves and pass this enthusiasm and product knowledge to our clients.
An avid shopper, aspiring fashionista, and writer in training, I hope to bring you the latest tips and trends in this ever changing industry. Aiming to be both approachable and entertaining, I look forward to interacting with my readers and the community to provide you with the most up-to date fashion information.
My personal fashion philosophy:
“Good clothes open all doors”
