Being born in the small town of Wichita Falls, Texas did not put a damper on my big city dreams of becoming part of the fascinating industry of fashion.  Moving to the heavily populated city of Houston at age 10 proved to be life changing for me.
 
I quickly reveled in city life and moved downtown to attend The University of Houston where I attained a degree in Consumer Science and Merchandising. After four years of studying merchandising techniques and working for high fashion stores part-time, I quickly joined the world of retail management.  To further add to my burning desire for the fashion and beauty industries alike, I then acquired my Cosmetology license from the Aveda Institute in Houston, Texas. 
 
I am currently working as a private stylist, fashion writer, and fashion blogger who is also launching a new jewelry line.  I am extremely thrilled to be a part of the incredible fashion industry and continue to look forward to the writing and blogging opportunities that will help me achieve my goals and dreams.
